Ces derniers jours, nous avons secouru Tamara, une grosse chienne blessée à la patte. Nous l’avons retrouvée à Loudaya et l’avons amenée au refuge (ferme PAN). De là, nous l’avons transférée à Marrakech pour une opération chirurgicale. Malheureusement, la patte était compromise et le vétérinaire a dû l’amputer. La pauvre Tamara avait sûrement été heurtée quelques jours plus tôt et la fracture avait mal cicatrisé, la laissant boiteuse. Dès que le vétérinaire nous l’autorise, nous la ramènerons au refuge où elle pourra vivre avec ses autres amis à quatre pattes. En plus d’elle, le refuge accueille 2 autres chiens trébuchés, Trix et Nero. Mais nous vous en parlerons dans les prochains posts.
Big dog Tamara found in Loudaya, rescued and operated
Few days ago, we rescued Tamara, a big dog with an injured leg. We found her in Loudaya and brought her to the shelter (PAN farm). From there we transferred her to Marrakech for surgery. Unfortunately, the leg was compromised and the vet had to amputate it. Poor Tamara had probably been hit by a car a few days earlier and the fracture had healed poorly, leaving her lame. As soon as the vet allows us, we will take her back to the shelter where she can live with other furry friends. In addition to her, the shelter welcomes 2 other three-leg dogs, Trix and Nero.
